Paying for Therapy
I'm working to make my services as accessible and affordable as possible. For those paying out of pocket, I offer reasonable rates and may be able to offer you a reduced fee based on your income or other circumstances. I'm also in-network with several major insurance carriers, and I can also help you claim reimbursement from your insurance provider if you have out-of-network benefits. Please watch this site for updates as I continue to contract with other insurances carriers.
Private Pay
My fees are currently set at $150 for individual therapy, and $175 for couples. If you can’t afford these rates, I may be able to offer you a discounted rate based on an income-based sliding scale; please see my Contact Page to start the conversation.
Out-of-Network Insurance
If your PPO insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits, I can help you claim reimbursement from your insurance carrier. This is typically much less expensive than paying out of pocket. Additionally, some insurance carriers may agree to grant you a single-case agreement to work with me; please contact me for details on how to request an arrangement.
In-Network Insurance
I am currently in-network with several major insurance carriers including Aetna, Cigna (including Evernorth), HealthNet (including MHN), IEHP, certain Medicare plans, Optum (including United Healthcare, UMR, UBH and Oscar Health), TRICARE, and TriWest. I am also in negotiation to add in-network coverage with several other carriers; check back soon for updates.
